Potato Chops or Aloo chops

Aloo chops is a gravy made with coriander as the main flavouring ingredient. Actually this recipe is used for non vegetarian gravies in our family. Since I don't eat non -veg foods, I have adapted this recipe to go well with vegetables. And which other vegetable is best than our own Potato, as it blends with all types of masalas. It's such a diverse vegetable, which is why, it fits into many many dishes around the globe.
Potato is known as Kartoffel in German, and you can find many varieties of them, here in Germany. Potatoes are the main source of Carbohydrates, for Germans. Their love for Potatoes is shown in their varieties of potato dishes. Similarly, one of my family member is a typical German, in his love for Potatoes. So, this  recipe of  Aloo chops is at least twice,  on my monthly menu list. Let's move on to the recipe now.
